The following are the core beliefs of Restoration Fellowship based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
What We Believe God Has Called Us To Do
- To be a dynamic spiritual body empowered by the Holy Spirit to teach, baptize, and disciple as many people as possible
- Matthew 28:18-20 - To help members realize their spiritual gifts and encourage them to use these gifts in the sharing of Christ
- 1 Corinthians 12 - To be the Church whose purpose is to be like Christ in our daily living by emphasizing total commitment to the Lordship of Jesus
- 1 Thessalonians 2:1-13 - To help members grow in the knowledge of God and man through Church programs of Bible teaching, training, and education
- Acts 2:42-47 - To encourage members to support God’s Kingdom and the ministry of this church through personal stewardship

- 2 Corinthians 9:7 - To restore the fallen, rebuild the broken, and refresh the weary in our city
- Acts 3:19 - To bring one percent of the population of our city into a vital living relationship with Jesus Christ.
What We Believe From God’s Word
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, and our only guidebook for faith and practice.
- We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His preaching and teaching, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father to make intercession for us, and His personal return in power and glory. - Acts 3:19
- We believe that lost and sinful men and women must be regenerated by the Holy Spirit in the new birth to be at peace with God and be members of His church.
- We believe in the baptism, filling, and the present day ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian can manifest the gifts and fruits of the Spirit.
- We believe in the resurrection of those who know Christ and those who do not; one to eternal life in heaven and the other to eternal death in hell.
- We believe in the two sacraments instituted by our Lord Jesus: water baptism by immersion and the Lord’ Supper (Communion). Baptism is a post-salvation picture of our spiritual death, burial, and resurrection. Communion is a remembrance of His body and blood given for us in covenant.
- We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers under the Lordship of Jesus Christ and that they are the Church universal, His Bride and Body, the Fullness of Him who fills all in all. The local church is a voluntary band of baptized believers gathered together to carry out the Great Commission.
- We believe in the personal, physical, and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ to the earth and the consummation of all things.

- The preeminence of Christ as our Divine Lord and Master
- The competency of each person to directly approach God
- The independence of the local church (Restoration is non-denominational and independent)
- The world-wide program of missionary fervor and evangelism
